„Instagram“: kas yra #foodporn, žinojo ir mūsų protėviai

Naujas „Cornell University Food and Brand Lab“ atliktas tyrimas parodė, kad maisto šlovinimas (šių laikų atveju, pažymint nuotrauką grotelėmis #foodporn) nėra naujas reiškinys. Žmonija maistą erotizuoja jau daugiau nei 500 metų, skelbia Thedailymeal.com.

Tyrimo metu buvo nagrinėjama 750 europiečių ir amerikiečių dailės darbų, kurie buvo nutapyti per penkis šimtus metų, pradedant 1500 m. ir baigiant 2000 m. Dažniausiai ant dailininkų drobės atsidurdavo tokie dekadentiški patiekalai kaip jūros gėrybės ir kepiniai. Tačiau tyrėjai pabrėžia, kad šių paveikslų neturėtume suprasti kaip to meto mitybos atspindžio.

„Tapydami maistą menininkai grindė savo darbą troškimu ir aistra, o ne realybe“, – gautus rezultatus komentavo tyrimo vadovas Brianas Wansink.

O kaipgi geriau išmokti patraukliai įamžinti maistą, jei ne pradėjus sekti tuo užsiimančiu ir aistringai į maistą žvelgiančiu „The New York Times“ fotografu Andrew Scrivani @andrewscrivani?

This was pretty much my whole day…in stylist mode…while @the_devon_knight did the cooking…I did the baking…and finally we did some shooting. Looooong recipes got me off the bench today. Cool to flex the old baking muscles.
