It the little things like being able to make an episode of #pimpmyricecakes on a Sunday night with vanilla ice cream, Oreo pieces and sprinkles on top of a chocolate crunch rice cake that make me feel happy that I found flexible dieting. It’s crazy how bad my relationship with food was and how horrible I would’ve felt about myself after eating something like this. Now I eat this and think to myself “thank God I ate that because if I didn’t, I would’ve lost all my #gainz!” Like how cool is that? Eating ice cream to prevent losing your hard earned gainz?
