Geidžiamiausi „Instagram“ pusryčiai: kiaušinis avokade!

Jūsų dėmesiui – naujausias „Instagram“ užvaldęs vėlyvųjų pusryčių patiekalas. „The Rolling Stone: Volume 2“ yra gaminamas iš avokado, kuris įdaromas be lukšto virtu kiaušiniu, juodųjų trumų drožlėmis, apvyniojamas Parmos kumpiu ir vėl apibarstomas juodaisiais trumais.

Pirmoji šio patiekalo versija buvo sukurta virtuvės šefės Dakotos Weiss Vakarų Holivudo restorane „Estrella“. Tuomet restoranas per dieną parduodavo vos dešimt šio patiekalo porcijų, nes jis buvo tiesiog per sunkiai pagaminamas. Norintieji paragauti „The Rolling Stone: Volume 2“ prašomi apie tai pranešti ir rezervuotis staliuką restorane mažiausiai prieš vieną dieną.

Introducing our newest exclusive brunch item The Rolling Stone: Volume 2 featuring a Prosciutto Wrapped Soft Poached Egg, Summer Black Truffle lined Avocado, wrapped in Bacon with Baby Heirloom Tomatoes and a Truffle Mustard Vinaigrette. The Rolling Stone: Volume 2 will be limited to 10 per day. Available for Brunch on Saturday’s and Sunday’s only. Orders must be reserved at least 24 hours in advance by telephone at (310) 652-6613.
